Installation Dimensions for Vacuum Units

The majority of vacuum units are connected as shown above

ET 3100P twin motor

NB Do NOT glue the first connection of the pipework to the vacuum unit inlet as it is a good ‘push fit’. This means that vacuum unit can easily be dismounted if necessary.

KEY

1. Exhaust outlet, preferably vented to the exterior. Silencer can be anywhere in the exhaust pipe run.
2. Inlet to vacuum unit (suction)
3. 100mm = minimum clearance for ventilation

Allow 150mm below unit for bin removal
